Design Idea
This piece continues the Cortex time-machine language through pattern and cut. Traditional checked textiles reference heritage shirting and classical European dress, while the silhouette is driven by sportswear logic — half-zip construction, elasticated volume, and relaxed proportions. Cortex symbolism appears through the brain-shaped zipper pull and controlled central panel, transforming a familiar check into a conceptual surface rather than decoration.

Fabric
100% Egyptian cotton body, selected for breathability, softness, and everyday comfort. Fully lined in Belgian satin, introducing a refined interior contrast beneath a casual exterior.

Fit & Construction
Tailor-made with a relaxed, elongated silhouette. Elasticated cuffs and hem create soft structure while maintaining comfort. Finished with a central half-zip closure, custom brain-shaped zipper pull, and a discreet brass logo embedded into the garment.
