At Heiza Studios, we value our customers and want to make sure every purchase is handled with clarity and fairness. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order:

1. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Standard Products: All standard, non-custom products may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days (one week) of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Custom Tailored Products

  • Deposit Requirement: All custom tailored products require a deposit before production begins.
  • No Refunds: Custom tailored products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
  • Sizing Policy: We do not offer alterations, adjustments, or refunds to fix sizing issues for custom tailored products.

3. Custom-Made Collaborations

  • Deposit Requirement: All collaborative custom projects require a deposit before work begins.
  • Finalization: Once the collaboration has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Communication Policy

  • For custom-made orders, if we attempt to contact you three times after installation/delivery and receive no response, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund of the deposit.

5. Privacy & Customer Data

  • Your personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, and order details) will never be shared, sold, or given to any third party under any circumstances.
  • We handle and protect all customer information securely within our business only.
  • Delivery Policy: We use only our own trusted drivers for deliveries. Your information and products are never handled by outside couriers unless otherwise agreed.

  • We deliver in 4-5 Business days
