Design Idea
This piece functions as a Cortex time machine. The central pleated panel references Renaissance tailoring, where pleats were used to control volume and signify order and intellect. That classical structure is interrupted by cuts drawn from 1990s sportswear — relaxed proportions, half-zip construction, and elasticated finishes. Casual fabrics and athletic comfort meet historical tailoring, collapsing eras into a single wearable form.

100% Egyptian cotton body, chosen for softness, breathability, and everyday comfort. Fully lined in Belgian satin, introducing refinement beneath a casual exterior.

Fit & Construction
Tailor-made with a relaxed, elongated silhouette. Elasticated cuffs and hem borrow from retro tracksuit construction, while the structured neckline and pleated chest anchor the garment in formal tailoring. Finished with a discreet brass logo embedded into the fabric.
