Design Idea

This piece continues the Cortex time-machine language through collar experimentation and anatomical cuts. Traditional checked cotton references heritage shirting and classical European dress, while the silhouette is informed by relaxed sportswear logic — quarter zip construction, elasticated volume, and ease of movement. The Cortex collar acts as the focal point, reworking a formal suit collar into a casual zip-up language shaped by the flowing lines of the human brain.

Fabric

100% Egyptian cotton body, chosen for structure, breathability, and daily comfort. Fully lined in Belgian satin, introducing a refined interior contrast beneath the casual, utilitarian exterior.

Fit & Construction

Tailor-made with a relaxed, elongated silhouette. Central Cortex cuts and paneling shape the garment naturally on the body without stiffness. Elasticated cuffs and hem maintain volume control. Finished with a half-zip closure, custom brain-shaped zipper pull, and subtle Cortex detailing throughout.
